Paul Schimanski and Brent Arnopp, firm friends and owners of Howick Marine Motors and Accessories Ltd, have been in partnership for over 25 years and are still going strong.
They have a long history of delivering quality, friendly service, whether it be servicing, repairing or maintaining your outboard motor.
Paul and Brent come from a long line of boating families.
They have both grown up around everything boating including fishing, watersports and even racing in their younger days.
I have been dealing with Paul and Brent from Howick Marine for over 5 years with two different trailer boats.
I have had regular servicing on my Yamaha 4-stroke and 2-stroke outboards, two re-powers (purchased through HM), a complete re-wiring and a dash fit out over the 5 years and I’ll keep going back during the years to come. The difference between Howick Marine and any other service agent is the service level. The two lads are very good to deal with as far as transparency and honesty goes, no “beating around the bush” if you will. Their knowledge and experience in the marine industry is second to none, and it shows in the quality of their workmanship. Prices are also fair. I can honestly say I have never had an issue with any of my outboards since having them looked after by Howick Marine, which is exactly what you want if your travelling 50+nm offshore some days. Brent is a keen fisherman and hunter and tries to get out on the water any chance he can. He has caught huge trophy fish and deer to show for his efforts.
